All the parts you need to bring your Finish Line Pro Chain Cleaner back to like-new condition. Three new brush wheels, new axles, and two new scrubber pads. Newer Chain Cleaners feature two rubber chain scrubber pads. On older models that originally came equipped with just one scrubber pad and a sponge wiper – substitute the 2nd scrubber pad in place of the sponge for improved cleaning action.
