Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DPD with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by DPD Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Before accepting the parcel from the courier, you should always check that the packaging has not been damaged in transit. If the package is damaged or the tapes are broken, do not accept the package and prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier and contact the shop staff as soon as possible. Checking the shipment on delivery is a necessary condition for considering any claims of the customer for damage or theft of the shipment during transport.

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the ordered goods. Withdrawal from the contract takes place via a written statement of withdrawal from the contract sent to the store. After sending the statement, the customer has 14 days to return the goods to the store. Articles returned at a later date will not be accepted. After 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, the right to return or exchange applies only to articles with a hidden defect (the seller's liability for the conformity of the goods with the contract).
The goods returned in this mode will be accepted only if the Customer sends back the goods properly packed, should be unused, odorless, clean and unchanged, unless the change was necessary within the ordinary management.
The right to withdraw from a distance contract is not available to the consumer in relation to contracts:
(1) for the provision of services, if the Seller has fully performed the service with the express consent of the consumer, who was informed before the commencement of the service that after the performance of the service by the Seller, he will lose the right to withdraw from the contract; (2) where the price or remuneration depends on fluctuations in the financial market, over which the Seller has no control, and which may occur before the deadline to withdraw from the contract; (3) in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated product, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or serving to satisfy his individual needs; (4) in which the subject of the service is a Product that deteriorates quickly or has a short shelf life; (5) in which the subject of the service is a Product delivered in a sealed package, which after opening the package cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the package has been opened after delivery; (6) in which the subject of the service are Products that after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably connected with other things; (7) where the subject of the service are alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon conclusion of the Sales Agreement, and the delivery of which may take place only after 30 days and the value of which depends on fluctuations in the market over which the Seller has no control (8) in which the consumer has expressly requested the Seller to come to him for urgent repair or maintenance; if the Seller provides additional services other than those requested by the consumer, or provides Products other than spare parts necessary for repair or maintenance, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract with regard to additional services or Products; (9) in which the subject of the service are sound or visual recordings or computer software delivered in a sealed package, if the package has been opened after delivery; (10) for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of a subscription agreement; (11) concluded through a public auction; (12) for the provision of accommodation services other than for residential purposes, transport of goods, car rental, catering, services related to leisure, entertainment, sports or cultural events, if the contract indicates the day or period of service provision; (13) for the delivery of digital content that is not stored on a tangible medium, if the performance began with the consumer's express consent before the deadline to withdraw from the contract and after informing the Seller about the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract.

The returned item must be accompanied by a proof of purchase, i.e. a receipt or a VAT invoice, a declaration of withdrawal from the contract and the account number to which the amount for the returned goods is to be transferred. You can only get a refund by transfer to a bank account. Please provide the exact name of the bank and bank account number. The payment for the returned items will be sent within 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel by the shop. Remember to keep the proof of postage until you receive your refund.
Until the return of the returned product is received, the service suspends the performance of the mutual benefit in the form of a refund for the product.
The returned goods can also be exchanged for another, which is in our offer - depending on the selected product, the overpayment will be refunded or you will pay the missing amount.
